The store operates on an affiliate marketing system, so orders are provided privately for each customer according to their specifications and request. The customer can exchange or return the order within 24 hours of completing the purchase. The order cannot be exchanged or returned after shipping, so please ensure the order details before completing the payment. The order is exchanged in case of a manufacturing defect, and it is a condition to notify us within 24 hours of receipt. If the item is unavailable, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 7 working days. If the refund is due to a defect in the piece, the refund will be processed after the store receives the shipment, within 7 to 14 working days.
